Will I receive a refund for my individual registration fee?

As outlined in your original registration confirmation email, registration fees are non-refundable.  All registrants have been provided with links to all three issues of the Paper2020 Convention Daily, the full Paper2020 registrant list and information about the industry promotion program How Life Unfolds. While we were not able to be together to discuss the latest industry news, you still have access through these materials and links to read about what is going on in the industry, connect with advertisers, promote paper products using new tools and follow up on connections you had planned to make. The registration list will be available for download between Monday, April 6 and the end of day on Monday, April 20.  Links to the digital copies of the Convention Dailies will continue to be available for the remainder of the year on the Paper2020, NPTA and PaperAge websites.  All registrants based in the U.S. and Canada also received hard copies of these materials via mail.

Companies with five (5) or more paid registrants for Paper2020 will receive a 30% discount for Paper2021 registrations.

Will I receive a refund for my Paper2020 Luncheon ticket(s)?

Yes, all tickets for the Paper2020 luncheon will be refunded in full.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for this refund to show on your credit card statement.

Will I receive a refund for my Paper2020 Official Suite Holder Package Fee?

Official suite holders have two options for receiving a refund of their suite holder package fee.  Please reference the email you received on April 7 to review your options or contact Nicole Boland at  Refund requests must be submitted to Nicole Boland by Friday, April 24, 2020.

Will I receive a refund for my Company or Individual Supporter fee?

Will I receive a refund for my Sponsorship or Exhibitor/Promoter fee?

All sponsors and exhibitor/promoters are being contacted directly during the week of April 6 to review and discuss your refund options.  If you have not been contacted by Monday, April 13, please feel free to email us and someone will contact you immediately.
